Quiet zone and very near to the main attractions. We needed a driver to visit some places and they got us covered, highly recommend. The breakfast is really good (it was different every day) and with a lot of variety. Amazing hospitality!

The location among the palms, flowers and Sri lankan fauna species was the strongest touch during our trip along the island. The host Guna was very supportive and proactive. Helped to get to Sigiriya and organised for us our dream to come true - Hot air balloon. Never to miss! It was well organised and safe with the professional crew under British pilot's overview. After Sigiriya we had incredible relax in the cleanest pool under trees with the paradise birds and squirrels, feeding and having fun with monkeys. mongoose, hornbill birds etc. In the evening when we knew, that Guna ( The host) is also a professional chef, we got the best Sri lankan cuisine dinner ever. Wish everyone could have our emotions. Staying on the tre e is a special cherry on the cake. Even without, we highly recommend. We did already to all our friends.

Location, quiet place, clean, great hospitality, they cook great meals at very reasonable prices. The hosts can provide anything you need, order a tuk tuk, get a driver with a car for tours or transfers or a jeep for safari, even bicycles for rent. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic find. The Sigiriya Eco Tree House is a sanctuary in the jungle away from the typical tourist haunts found at famous destinations such as Sigiriya. Asitha and his wife were so welcoming and provided such a great service and experience for amazing value. The Tree House is private and secure and all the local sites and restaurants are accessible with Asitha's tuktuk if you plan ahead with him and give hunk some notice. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Sigiriya in the future.

It’s nature’s paradise! Perfect location, great food and very comfortable stay. Our host Dinuka made our stay beyond comfortable. He helped us arrange elephant safari, village tour, scooter rent, our travel from airport to Sigiriya and also to the next destination with comfort. Highly recommend Coconut Shades resort and would definitely come back.

One of the most beautiful places we stayed on sri lanka. Located in the jungle this beautiful house is an oasis of peace. Style and decoration outstanding and the housekeepers are so sweet! They provided breakfast and dinner in sri lankan style and were so welcoming. On the last day we got to meet the owner and had interesting conversations. This is a personal recommendation!
