The villa is brand new, the pool also! The facility is stunning. Our bathroom was very wide and beautiful. The villa is cozy and also located in the jungle. I think this is the best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka!!! The breakfast was made by our host and his wife, very delicious! Caretaker-Haresh and his wife Ireshika are amazing the give some gift also to us , we really remember our stay in this place thankful to them, they did the best experience ever! Also Ireshika told us a lot of stories about the culture and the religion, we love that! Everything was perfect! We really do recommend this place for your next trip!!!!

This was our first trip to Sri Lanka. I would just like to point out the following with regards to our stay at Syara Villia: 1. The photos do not convey the beauty of the villa and the village surroundings. Reality exceeded our expectations. 2. Animal lovers will be happy to see Monkeys and Peacocks roaming around in the garden and surrounding trees. We also managed to see a number of other creatures, lizards, brightly coloured birds, etc . 3. The villa is a newly built construction. The kitchen has most things you would need to cook: a frying pan, a saucepan, a stove, a kettle, spices, as well as for setting the table. All in all, we'll equipped. 4. However, best of all during our stay was the warmth and concern shown by the owner and his family. For us, this really made our stay so pleasant and comfortable that we extendwd our stay. The family ensured we were comfortable and even went as far as doing our laundry and cleaning the villa and garden on a daily basis. A special word of gratitude to the owners mother, who lives adjacent to the villa and is always available to provide support and assistance. She showed great warmth and care towards us which we will never forget. She is an exceptional human being! The garden with a hammock and chair-swing are extremely relaxing. The AC is in good working order. The beach is 300m away and there are a number of restaurants and bars in the near vicinity. Unawatuna is 15 mins away by Tuk Tuk..... If you want to break the peace and serenity of the village and Syara villa.

The property was large and the house was great! Fully equipped kitchen! The property requires your own transportation to get around which was fine for us. Clean and tidy. The family are wonderful and inviting, also living on the property! We had as many as 6 peacocks on the property at once!
