The villa is very large and spacious. Everything is very clean. Very spacious rooms with air conditioning or heating and scented. The decoration is very nice. The garden and pool area is very large and has hammocks. The staff is very polite and attentive. At any time at your service. Spacious parking for several cars. Unbeatable location. Everything was perfect from start to finish the owner couldn’t have been anymore helpful we needed some things at the shop which is about a. 20 mins drive away have her a message for a taxi number and she had a private driver at the villa door within 10 mins very clearly property that is family friendly villa has everything you need and we will definitely be back

The house is beautifully decorated and we'll situated near the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud), so it is super easy to find and return to. The house has three lovely bedrooms and are tastefully decorated. The rooftop terrace is magical as it has a great view of the Bou Inania Madrasa rooftop and over the cities many terrace restaurants. You can park in the undercover parking near the Blue Gate and Samira will help organise a porter to help with luggage. Samira is an excellent host and communicated with us before the stay and made sure we were well looked after. We strongly recommend the home-cooked dinner organised by Samira which was a lovely array of Moroccan salads and a very hearty Chicken Tagine each. The kitchen is well equipped to eat at home and the sound system is a lovely addition to sit and enjoy the living areas.

I would compare this riad to a jewel, we felt like in a story from 1001 Nights. Everything is done with care and love and everywhere you look there is something to admire, from the architectural elements, to the beautiful Moroccan tiles, intricate carved doors, traditional furniture and lighting, blue ceramics and all the rest. The place has three double beds, wi-fi works great at all levels, water pressure is really good and Yassine took great care of us, from cooking breakfast, to taking us to and from the parking and every information we requested. The terrace is amazing and offers a beautiful view over the Medina. I also want to mention something very important: location. This riad is two steps away from one of the main streets in the Medina, which means you don't get lost in the "maze", it's really easy to access it. I love historical and authentic places, and I must say, this is the most amazingly authentic place I've ever stayed with my family. We enjoyed Fes, it was a really nice surprise.
