The Haus am Fluss was one of my best Booking stay experiences over the years. The region is absolutely breathtaking - full of nature, animals and peace. The house was in itself worth the stay: the old furtniture (but kept very well), the century-old metal pieces, the unique charm, the spaciousness, sun through the windows and the warmth of the interior colors mixed with the camine and the family's own paintings on the wall made my stay very special. Petra was always available, waited for me on arrival, gave useful information for my bike tour/route, and even had "orientation material" available for me to make the best possible experience despite the fact that I could only stay a single night. Thank you! I will definitely go back :) And I warmly recommend the accomodation to everyone else!

We had an incredibly wonderful experience at this place. The woman who rented out the house is very friendly and pleasant. The house is surrounded by the lake and the forest, so the nature around is stunning. The house was clean and neat, there is a lot of space for the whole family (there were five of us). Garden with all equipment for a family dinner, balconies with a wonderful nature view, they are gorgeous. You will find everything you need there from outside activities to cooking. Thank you a lot!

The host is one of the nicest person I have ever met. She was super welcoming, she helped me before travelling to find a nice restaurant and a SPA for my stay. Furthermore, she helped me by buying a birthday cake for my girlfriend as a surprise party. Lastly, the house is very clean, fully furbished, you get a great view to wild deer and everything worked perfectly. 100% recommended as romantic get away or a trip with friends. The host also produces honey and eggs which can be sold upon request. Really amazing service.

Fantastic facilities: clean, spacious with everything you need in for longer stay. We had a big family gathering and did not need to leave the place as it has so much on offer for everyone’s taste: outdoor patio area with bbq, tennis court, swimming pool and sauna, indoor table games and large screen tv, well equipped kitchen and lots of forest walks. The friendly and hospitable hosts live in the nearby house and are there for you in case you need them, however they respect your privacy and you’d hardly see them. There’s enough toilets and bathrooms for larger groups, which are sparkling clean and located on both floors.

The place was a nice get away surrounded by nature. If you need some relaxing time in a peaceful environment this is the place. The outside area was really our favorite part, it also has a firepit in front of the house where you can grill. The house is equipped for all your needs. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there is a TV which you can connect to your computer if you want to watch a movie, even a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes. The owner lives nearby, and was really nice and responsive. To note that they also have a dog around that played with our dog so we enjoyed his company.
