Very warm and cozy apartments. A lot of underfloor heating that makes a ski stuff dry in an hours. Comfortable beds. A lot of kitchen equipment, I were able to do pancakes for kids :)

House is very cosy and warm and located near Kopaonik ski resort on the quiet street. Roads were cleaned during our stay so no issues with driving there on a small car. Nenad is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for everyone :) Hvala na gostoprimstvu!

Location and host were excellent. It is very close to central ski lifts and free parking - very important I think. Owners let us stay late on the last day so we could ski until noon, thanks them for that very much. Just for the record it's is old house so don't expect some luxury from it.

Great house in the forest! Excellent location - a 5-minute drive to the ski lifts. There's a shop nearby and a ski bus stop. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. Landlord Bratislav was friendly, pleasant, and responsive. Many thanks to him for helping us transport our belongings from the main road and back. We rented the house to celebrate the New Year with a big group, and everything was simply splendid. Bratislav, thank you, we will definitely come back

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It’s equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway, and the surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning. The real standout, however, is the host—Uroš. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. From being readily available for anything we needed, to greeting us with a delicious platter of local salamis and a fantastic bottle of wine, his hospitality was unforgettable. We had such an amazing weekend and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
