We had an excellent stay. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with a GORGEOUS patio overlooking the sea. The owner was extremely kind and gracious, and helped us with affordable and smooth transportation from the pier, and to the airport. The nearby town of Kantiang Bay is lovely, with many options to eat, drink, and enjoy. Beautiful beach, with a staircase going directly down from the property. And a bonus, we had an afternoon flock of sweet, funny monkeys on the property! Highly recommend.

I loved the location. Two minute walk to restaurants, and three minute walk to the beach which has a great bar and restaurants. The area is quiet and slow. The beach was beautiful. The guys that run the place were incredibly nice , the room was large and clean, and nice..... Great place to base yourself for a holiday

Amazing location, right on the beach. Lots of shaded areas to sit and lovely views from the balcony. We had the most relaxing time here and didn't want to leave. It's located on the far end of a popular beach so relatively quiet. Breakfast was included, was basic but fine. Also could have lunch or dinner there too. There were also some beachside stalls and a restaurant on the other end of the beach. Can get tuktuks easily to the main town on the other side of the island for set price of 50 baht per person or an easy 30 minute walk which we enjoyed. Beautiful sunsets every evening. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. And cute dogs and puppies when we stayed!

Very lovely place to stay. the owners are super kind and they want to help you with everything. breakfast and dinner are great here, the room is modern, clean and has all the facilities you need. they picked us up from the pier and brought us to the apartment, we rented a scooter via this stay, the main centre was less than 5 minutes away. we spent 6 nights here and we could have easily stayed longer, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

We liked living in a village away from tourist beaches. It was a pleasant 15 min walk to nearest beach and restaurant. Nui and Klong Nin beaches were both lovely, and within walking distance, if you enjoy a stroll. Loved practising my Thai with the friendly local children. Delighted by the monkeys on the balcony in the mornings. Our host Da, was on WhatsApp to help us with any queries. She was so kind and helpful, before we arrived and during our visit, and helped arrange cleaners, phone chargers, ride to the airport etc.

Situated in Ko Lanta, 600 metres from Lanta Old Town and less than 1 km from Post Office Ko Lanta, Star house offers a shared lounge and air conditioning.

This was great value for money. We had virtually a whole house to ourselves. We were honestly dissappinted to only be staying for one night. Such a unique little property, but so nice. Lovely rooms, great bathroom, handy kitchen and overall great vibes.
