This villa is great. You have the whole four bedroom villa with pool to yourself. It has everything you need for your holiday. It is a very clean and spacious place, with a fully equipped kitchen for your home cooking. It is in a very peaceful location, just 10 minutes walk into the beautiful town for river cruises and trips to the Lycian and Kainos ruins. Ismail, the owner, is a very friendly man and very responsive to our messages. He was there to meet us and make us at home. I can not recommend this villa, highly enough, especially as the price is so very reasonable for what you get.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation. This high-end haven had everything we needed and was only a 10-minute walk from the heart of Dalyan but still situated in a very desirable and quiet part of the town. The hosts, who own a shop in town, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The property is brand new, tastefully decorated with a marble staircase, 3 onsuite bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom with a bathroom next door. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Book, you won't regret it.

I recently stayed at a new villa, and I was thoroughly impressed. The villa was incredibly clean and featured a fantastic pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable environment throughout our visit. All elements and equipment in the villa were brand new, contributing to the modern and fresh feel of the place. The host was exceptionally great, making our stay even more enjoyable. Great location 15mins from airport 5mins from Sarigerme - we always self drive - otherwise you will be tied to taxis. Peaceful area with fabulous views The villa lay-out is really good and makes the most of the open plan space. Inside and out. Nice dinning area inside for 6 and similar out on terrace too Lovely balcony / terrace area with built in BBQ which over looks the pool area, which is huge, very clean and safe with ample beds and seating. The pool system is very good keeping the pool beautifully clean every day. The villa is immaculately clean inside / out with every amenity to make stay as comfortable as possible. Ample bedding and towels for a large family or group of friends. The owner is extremely friendly, attentive and good communications maintained throughout stay. The villa is built into a hill so is in 3 tiers entrance and car park at top then down to villa and then pool is down again. But the design and build is extremely well done all steps and paths well maintained and well lit.

I liked everything of the accommodation. We had big enormous rooms with airco. It's a family friendly place. You can swim and relax. Not to forget the owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is near the airport, you can be like in 5 minutes there.

The owner was lovely and nothing was too much. Location to the airport perfect for a very late night arrival. Price good and breakfast delicious and fresh on the terrace overlooking the lovely garden and pool. Lovely villa, spacious and comfy beds. A twin downstairs and a double and a twin upstairs. 2 x bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The stairs are very steep metal ones so not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. There are rails so safe for children to go up and down. Large fridge/freezer in a well stocked kitchen. Would use again for overnight stay.
