Wonderful house in a nice area, the property was well presented and provided a comfortable stay. This was an ideal base to explore Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The hosts were excellent and responded quickly to any questions we asked. I would stay here again.

Location was great...my wife and four boys were going to the Stanley Cup play-off games at the Panther Arena (about a 40 minute walk (so didn't have to fight traffic in and our of the arena area)). It was great. Mr. Johnson (Gary) was very accommodating and responded quickly as needed. Pool was a great diversion between games.

We spent 8 days with a family of 6 people, (2 Elderly, 2 adults and 2 Teenagers), we all left the house with heavy heart as we really felt like home. Everything was absolutely nice, comfy, convenient (very well equipped from kitchen to rooms or bathrooms for all needs even for a long stays) and very quiet. The outside lounge and the pool near the canal are incredible, well sun exposed (and even more pleasant during the evenings after a long day of visiting the area). Yes the pool is not heated, but with April weather it was absolutely decent and not an issue at all for us all. The Villa location is great, 5 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino, 15 from Flamingo Gardens, 15 to 20 mn to Hard Rock Stadium (Home of NFL Team Miami Dolphins and Miami Tennis Open) 20 to 25 minutes from Hollywood beaches, 35 to 45 minutes to Miami bayside market, less than an hour to many Glades swamp tours, 2 H-2h and a half from the middle of Florida keys (Islamadora) The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The owner is absolutely friendly and responsive by text for any needs or question. Hope we will be able to come back someday.

Fabulous comfortable spacious home from home. I was solo female traveller with no car and there was a large supermarket 10mins walk away and the yacht club and bar had a fabulous atmosphere and food just 10 mins away. It was a long way from the centre and the beach but I got a bus pass and could easily get in and out in a 20 minute ride on the number 6 bus. Also got a water taxi pass so could get around on the water taxis easily too. It worked very well for me but wouldn't suit if you wanted to be in the centre.
