We booked this flat at the last minute after our previous booking turned out to be poor and did not meet our expectations. The place turned out to be an excellent base in Ksamil. A modern flat in a recently completed building. There is a brilliant swimming pool in front of the building, available to all residents. Apart from minor details, such as the kitchen not being fully equipped and a leaking tap in the bathroom, the place turned out to be a very nice location to spend two days in Ksamil.

This villa is simply stunning ! Modern, clean and in the perfect location. Everything was wonderful: the beautiful, well-kept pool, the sea view, and the peaceful surroundings. I stayed at the villa with a group of friends for a weekend getaway, and we had an amazing time. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for hanging out together. The best part was the outdoor area—there was a nice pool, a BBQ grill, and plenty of space to relax. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the sunshine and just having fun, they also have sauna and jacuzzi! The location was also really good—quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience. Perfect spot for a group trip, and we’d definitely stay again!
