Everything was perfect. Everything was really clean and comfortable, i feel that we were not in the apartment, we were at home. It is an amazing place for rest, and really comfortable house, and very good value. I will recommend this place to all my friends and I would like to come back and spend more time in this place.

Cottage is absolutely amazing, with cosy fire place not only heating whole place nicely but making geat atmosphere. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped and those who love to ski, there is also ski boots dryer which helps a lot. Ski areas Gletcher and Ankogel are comfortly close. But the best of this stay were Astrid and Hermann who are so kind and nice🙂 Hermann made us fire everyday when we were off to skis so when we came back our place was nice and warm🙏🏼 For sure they were the best owners so far we ever met☺️ thank you again for your kindness and help. The house itself was everything we could have hoped for—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The setting was simply amazing, nestled in the heart of stunning nature, making it the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. One of the highlights for us was how dog-friendly the property was. Our furry friend was as welcome as we were, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The thoughtful welcome package was such a nice touch, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. Another point worth mentioning is that the house is fully accessible. While we didn't need the accessibility features ourselves, it's comforting to know that the property is equipped to accommodate everyone. Lastly, we can't say enough about the owner, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions or requests. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend Houghton Haus to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature with top-notch hospitality. We can't wait to return!

It is also possible to have homeOffice here. We went to nearest ski centers for ski and also like to wento to Lienz for bigger shopping
