All in all its the perfect place to be and we had a wonderful stay which felt like a second home ! Its close to the City Center and the witches market. Its a quiet, clean and nice place to hang around as well. The dog who live in the garden is soo lovely <3 The house itself is an old Villa with a long history and it is prepared like a Museum with some QR-Codes The owner has a lot of useful Infos for you dtay in La Paz as well :)
My partner and I loved our stay at the villa! A 30 minute walk or 10 minute taxi (of which plenty passed by the house) from the centre made the location perfect. We had full access to all available facilities. The host was super kind and very responsive. If you are in La Paz and want to enjoy the city without the noise we would 100% recommend this villa.
Unbelievable hostel! It felt more like a luxury hotel in the suite. The unique architecture and incredible was well worth coming to Copacabana for. The staff go above and beyond. Especially when we had to return unexpectedly after we checked out. The manager showed us into the living room, turned on the heating and offered us hot drinks. The staff also carry your bags to your room! No meals provided but the kitchen equipment in each suite is very well equipped and the restaurant next door offers dinner.
The design of the rooms is simply unique, something we had never seen before and will leave you speechless. The views of the lake Titicaca from the hotel are stunning too. The staff is very friendly and there are great "village" vibes. We even had the chance to play with some alpacas, which added some fun to our stay. I suggest you stay for a couple of night to fully relax and enjoy this amazing accommodation.
Fabulous views from the 18th floor, with a secure car park underneath in a very good area, this apartment was a lovely retreat from the La Paz madness. There is a supermarket about 4 or 5 blocks away up the main road and the Teleferico station at the end of the Green line is about five minutes walk. We felt safe at night walking around. Having both a washing machine and tumble drier was great, and the huge bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in very good order overall.
The location, view and overall provisions were ideal. Sonia the host was so kind and helpful. She made a beautiful breakfast. We did not expect a 30 minute uphill walk from the Southern-most port (with ALL our luggage), however we were relieved to find that this property is located at about half the elevation of the whole island settlement. After we dropped our bags, it was much easier to access the main village or Pueblo in a 5 minute walk (without bags!)
