Had multiple beds with sheets just in case. Couple days before checking in sent a video explaining what where is which was super nice. They were very welcoming and kind. Left us welcoming gift which was delicious. Had an incident where we accidentally locked key holder with keys in them and they were not angry or didn’t try to blame us, instead they were very understanding and kind with the situation.
