The Portofino Village is super, very comfortable, huge and there is everything inside, 7 swimming pools, a 2km of beach, gym, acqua park, spa, show for the night, 5 restaurants and everything you need! The staff is super helpful, they help us for everything, especially Haitham Ali is very nice, he helps us for everything from the check-in, for the taxi to the airports and for all we ask you to him, he was always ready to help us! We will return!!!

I liked that it was quiet, I had the diving centre in the hotel, so I booked all my trips with them and I also appreciated that the village (Marsa Alam is just a village) is safe and allowed me to see the life of locals.

Everything from the design of the hotel (nubian village) to the wonderful service of all the staff. Food was wonderful, both in buffet restaurant and in a la carte restaurants. They have the best reef I've seen for the last 15 years - still with plenty of colours - and only 3 meters from the beach.
