Easy to find with the owner’s directions, you feel like you are completely alone in the nature with a beautiful view, except for some cute sheep grazing around in the morning when you wake up! Melfort Village is set in a lochside location, 24 km from Oban. Furnace is 23 km away.

All units have outdoor seating areas with barbecue. Pets are welcome at Melfort Village for a small charge. Some units have open fires or wood burners. Property was exceptional from cleanliness to staff. We stayed in a cabin with 2 rooms. It was a lovely relaxing stay without the hustle and bustle of a city. Can’t recommend enough the perfect weekend away in the calm.

The rental apartment was very easy to reach, as it is located relatively centrally in Oban. The facilities are great! The beds were comfortable. We felt very much at home.
