Exceptionally welcoming hosts, took great care in making our 3-night stay a comfortable one, lots of communication. The Kelp House is an absolutely lovely place, decorated to a very high standard throughout with real plants. Me and my young daughter didn't feel like going out much as we were so comfy... Also very large smart TV with great choice of films and series.

Very clean and tidy with exclusive use of a beautiful bathroom. Also handy for the ferry. I was on foot so a twenty minute walk on the river side path. Pub for food and Italian restaurant 4 minutes walk. Also a very good cafe for breakfast next to the Italian and on the way to the boat. Open from 7.30

7 The Walks was full of character and was very comfortable. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, a large kitchen and large comfortable lounge.Very clean and well equipped, e.g. a proper washing-up cloth rather than the usual j-cloth! I loved the old-fashioned toilet with the pull chain which reminded me of my childhood at my grandmother’s house. I also loved the wonky floors and the first floor bedroom with the low beamed ceiling and the old wooden bed in it (very comfortable mattress). It was lovely to wake up in the morning with a ‘lost in time’ feeling. Parking wasn’t a problem. Two close lovely walks to the right and left.

Very clean & comfortable. Lots of nice welcoming touches & very peaceful location. Everything nicely laid out ready for arrival. It was nice to be given the choice of 2 singles or another king size bed in the second room, and this was all made up as requested on our arrival. Property is located in a very quiet spot, but is only about a 10 min drive into Hastings so nicely placed.

The hosts were wonderfully helpful both in the lead up to and during our stay. The Post House is a stunning property set in a beautiful village. The house was spotlessly clean and enjoyed by us all! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our time here. The property was in a quiet place but close to the centre of the village. The cottage is well equipped and has the feel of a home rather than a stripped down rental. There are games for kids, cotton buds, hand cream. It has been put together for comfort and practicality.

There was nothing to commend. The keys were not where described and finally found opened a different apartment to the “luxury” apartment paid for. It smelt of damp, it was not cleaned properly as kitchen and bathroom were dirty. There was washing in the machine !

The location was wonderful -- only a short walk to the beach, the South Downs Way, the Eastbourne promenade, Helen Gardens, and the Meads Village shops. There's also an Eastbourne Sightseeing bus stop very close by. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable -- a great base for exploring!

Completely as described! Lovely setting, comfy beds, very clean and well planned out both inside and outside. The hot tub was fab, and we enjoyed walking around the local area, in particular a lovely roast at the Plough in the village! The host was great and very communicative.
