Epiphany Villas was an idyllic experience . Our hostess, Stella, thought about every detail at a superior luxurious level. The interior design was exceptional and the view was absolutely amazing . Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty, included everything we could have asked for. Stella was very kind and thoughtful. We hope to come back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Sofia is such a wonderful, generous, friendly and lovely person! The grounds and gardens were beautiful, with tropical flowers, soft green grass and an excellent swimming pool. It is easy to see that this hotel is run with the love and attention to detail that only a family run business can provide. Our 1 bedroom suite was beautiful, lots of windows for light and air circulation. The shutters kept it nice and dark at night for sleeping. The air conditioning was perfect since we were there in a heat wave. We were a very easy walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants, yet the property itself was very quiet and calm. I can't say enough good things about our stay here! We loved it! If you're going to Lefkada and want a place where you can enjoy the greenspace and quiet, relax either at the beach or poolside, and also have a warm, kind, cheerful and generous host, definitely book in here! Thank you Sofia for helping us create such wonderful memories here!

The property is brand new, the interior design and equipment in the house are of excellent quality and truly tasteful. The location is absolutely ideal very peaceful ,just a short distance from the heart of Agios Nikitas.The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was extremely helpful.You don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot because there is private parking area.

We’re happy to leave the first review for Ioanian Home – and it’s a very positive one. The house is modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. Communication with Viki was easy and pleasant, and we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful surprise in the fridge and on the kitchen counter. What we appreciated the most were the two bathrooms, the spacious terrace with breathtaking sunsets, and the private parking within the property. The area is quiet and peaceful – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on Lefkada.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for 9 nights, and we can confidently say it’s an absolute gem! Everything is brand new, of superior quality, and impeccably designed down to the finest details. The villa offers a touch of luxury and exceptional comfort. It is extremely well equipped — from the kitchen stocked with all types of glasses, cutlery, dishes, foil, and dishwasher capsules, to the laundry area with a washing machine and capsules, and even USB chargers conveniently placed in every bedside table. Absolutely nothing was missing — it truly felt like a home away from home, only better! The balconies were another highlight: elegantly furnished with stylish and comfortable seating, they offered a breathtaking view of the sea stretching out before us. We spent countless peaceful moments just soaking in the beauty and serenity. Elvira and her son Viktor were such lovely and welcoming hosts. They greeted us warmly with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit, and even made sure to clean and change the bed linen during our stay — a rare and much appreciated gesture of care. The house itself, the furniture, the design — everything is at a high standard, perfectly thought out and tastefully executed. We were two families and felt simply spoiled by the level of attention, comfort, and beauty we experienced here. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended — and we would return in a heartbeat!
