Sihena is a newly renovated 2 bedroom property, very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for our short stay in Skiathos. The house is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and has parking available on site. Our hosts, Ismete and Tomi made us feel very welcome, always offering to help.

Zina's house is a gem, and her hospitality is exceptional. The house is spacious and cozy, and the garden is just amazing. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you may need to prepare not only breakfast but an entire meal. Zina is the best host, she had thought of everything. She was very welcoming and kind to give us a lot of recommendations helping us to have a great time in Skiathos. Zina makes sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need, while she is very respectful of their privacy. Highly recommend and I would love to be back.

We perceived Kefi House as a modern flat spread over 2 floors with attention to detail. The house is located in the centre of the town in a quiet area and is only a few minutes' walk from the heart of the town and the harbour. The beach is also within easy walking distance. We were travelling without a car, so we only walked and took the bus "Station 4 - Akropolis" to get to the many beautiful beaches. All we can say about the flat is that we unanimously felt very felt very comfortable and at home from start to finish. It is modernly furnished and equipped with everything important Air-conditioning included. All the rooms are large enough and the lovely furnishings and plants both outside and inside make it very inviting. We were particularly surprised by our host Dimitris, who was uncomplicated, warm and honest. We were greeted with a basket full of fruit, wine and water in the fridge! What a surprise! And that same evening we met him in a bar with a live DJ, at the very end of the harbour promenade, in the "GinFish" where Dimitris manager is. We were also surprised by his mum, who changed the bed linen and towels every few days She changed the bed linen and bath towels every few days and also looked after the kitchen and bathroom. We would never have expected that. Everything was clean again, thanks a lot. And we visited our host Dimitris again at his invitation at the Ginfish and said goodbye to him there. All in all, we are very grateful for the wonderful holiday we were able to experience thanks to our host, the locals, nature, the many beautiful beaches, the Greek food and the great hospitality and patience of the locals and seasonal workers. We can only recommend Dimitris and the Kefi House warmly recommend. We wish you Dimitris and your familiy all the best and good luck and success both professionally and personally. Amazing villa!! The decor, the finish, the pool and the views.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderfully equipped villa. Nestled in the hillside amongst the forest, the views were incredible and we had some lovely walks - including up to the local winery. The hosts were the most thoughtful people we have ever stayed with. Everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the host and the accomodation at Skiathos Villas. We were 2 couples staying for 6 nights and could not fault our time at this beautiful villa. The views are to die for, the villa was cleaned thoroughly every day and, our host Kiki was delightfully warm, friendly and helpful above and beyond. She was always available to answer any questions or give recommendations. The location is fabulous, just a short walk down to a lovely beach with two restaurants and a beach bar. You can catch the ferry from that beach into Skiathos town or catch the bus from 150 metres from the Villas into the town or down to several other lovely beaches in the area.

Everything. Location and property were fabulous. But if a steep hill to get to house but the owner was willing to take our cases up and bring them down on departure

Great view, swimingpool and house that have all you can need for a good and long vacation.

It was a very nice stay and great apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus the living room area. It was very clean and we had no problems or comments on this front :) The place is practically new and you have what you need for both shorter and longer stays. It doesn't have a large cooking area, but you have 2 electric stoves (no oven). It is not a large area, so maybe a little impractical if you want to cook most of the time or plan on making larger meals/ dishes. For us it was enough for breakfast (lunch and dinner were on the go/ in the towns). It has a nice outside lounge area, it is very green all around and also quiet and peaceful (which we liked very much). The house is on a bit of a hill, and the drive up to the parking is a little steep (but even with our old car it was manageable :)) You also have then another short climb up to the house/ rooms, so just be aware of this. The location is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and a nice bakery/ coffee place. This is where we got our daily coffee (plus the exercise to and from in the morning). Also very close are the public bus stations and you have a bit of a walk to the Troulos beach (15 min). We used our car daily to get around to the beaches, which is very convenient on this western side of the island (very nice beaches all around), but there were also many buses which we see stopping next to all of the beaches up to Koukounaries (and a short walk to Agia Eleni).

The layout was excellent and the property was well resourced. The property was beautifully designed, it felt very traditionally Greek but with modern facilities. The location was perfect just off the top of the main shopping road and a stones throw from the theatre.
