The location is great, right on the waterfront, and the penultimate house on that side of the bay, so nice and quiet, plus it means that the walk to St Nokolas beach is only 10 minutes. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay and Nikos was very kind in stocking the fridge very generously on arrival - bread, meat, cheese, wine, beer, honey, water, butter, coffee, etc We were picked up from the port on arrival by Nikos (and Nikos 2 🙂) And Pedi is lovely!

The accomodation itself with comfortable with a large kitchen and lounge. Good air conditioning and Filippos & Renee provided high quality fans for both of the bedrooms.

The views were amazing to wake up too. Balcony with the sunbeds was lovely and sitting outside on that balcony my friend and I could have passed many hours away. We just wished we was able to have stayed longer. Bus stop that takes you straight down to the centre and ferry port was only a few minutes walk away,so incredibly convenient. Cannot wait to return again next year with my husband

Es ist ein wunderschönes und außergewöhnlich stilvoll eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen. Liebevoll hergerichtete alte Möbel. Jedes Detail ist mit Liebe platziert, die Zimmer mit alten Fotografien und Andenken dekoriert. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Blick von der kleinen Terasse ist ein Traum. Sowohl der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin als auch vor Ort war äußert herzlich. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl und willkommen. Für uns war alles perfekt!

Truly lovely stay. Symi as usual is beautiful. This is our 7th visit to the island. We love it , despite the day trippers to the port between 11 and 4 to be avoided. We hire a scooter or taxi ferry and go yo quiet beaches. Symiland Villa is a spacious, very comfortable modern (unusual on Symi) Villa home with airco two bathrooms, well equipped modern kitchen, and living and dining areas, two separate balconies plus a large covered terrace ideal for outdoor eating and sitting. It is 5 mins. walk from the harbour up a slope and some steps- not too Extreme for Symi. Perfect quieter authentic town location but just a bit away- good. It also has very lovely town and landscape views of Symi. Ideal for a relaxing family stay. Highly recommended. The ladies including Maria at Symi Holidays office were also helpful. Eleni and Marianatha also helped book a taxi from The ferry on returning to Rhodes yo our hotel there. Recommended from the Dodekanese Skiadani ferry as taxis are limited at that location. Host was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Plenty of bottle water. Comfortable bed. Balcony with views of the harbour and town. Bathrooms were modern.
