We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

The villa we stayed in met all our expectations. The host, Bojana, was very attentive in a professional way. The farm the resort is located in provides homemade products (cheese, icecream, etc). We got a tour of the farm which has an interesting story. We definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

We're grateful and happy with how accommodating the owner and her sister were to us. They provided all the essential things and information we needed during our stay in the property. We love how accessible the property is to almost everything that you needed / wanted to go to, may it be the tourist attractions or the grocery stores. Featuring a bar and views of sea, Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View is a villa situated in a historic building in Kaštela, 200 metres from Ostrog Beach. This villa provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Guests can use the hot spring bath and the hot tub, or enjoy city views. The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.
