Situated 5 minutes’ walk from Kikian River, Patal Kikian Sidemen features an outdoor swimming pool set amidst the gardens.

Rooms are fan-cooled and have a private terrace with seating area overlooking the mountains and gardens. It also has a mosquito net, desk and en suite bathroom with shower facilities. We felt special and had a great room that looked like a typical Balinese house. The hotel offered foot massage (complementary) and works with great drivers. The view is obviously amazing, even when cloudy.

Select villas come with a private pool. Even though the hotel is close to a very busy road, it was very quiet and peaceful! The pool was excellent and the air-conditioning was better than it normally is in the hotels in Bali ! An all round excellent couple of days just a shame it wasn't longer !

The restaurant was delicious, the staff was fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough about the superb level of service and care taken. Also there was a water slide in the pool, and that was really fun.
