One staff member stood out among the rest, Mr Ketut Sudiratya. He is soft spoken, well mannered and always hospitable. We had foolishly left our home and motorbike keys in the villa after checkout and we were only aware of it when we were about to board our flight home. Mr Ketut goes out of his way to help us arrange for shipping to ensure we get our keys back. All the while he was constantly updating and reassuring us the whole time. It was definitely supposed to be a stressful situation for us, but this genuinely kind man made the whole process seamless and stress-free for us. We can never thank him enough.

Also their manager Arya is extremly responsive and helpful it was nice meeting all of them, they made me feel safe as a first time traveling alone^^
