We had an absolutely amazing experience at Lasai Villas. The accommodation was newly built, very fresh, and exceptionally well-maintained. Every space, from the bedroom to the bathroom, was spacious, airy, and tastefully decorated. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom — almost luxurious in size — was beautifully designed. The pool was the perfect size and sparkling clean every day. The location was also absolutely perfect — very peaceful and quiet, offering a true sense of relaxation and privacy. At the same time, it was just a short walk to the beach, cozy restaurants, and everything else you might need. The best of both worlds! What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we had the best possible experience. No matter what we needed, they were there with a smile. They were also very respectful of our privacy and never entered the villa without our permission. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide selection of fresh options, served exactly when we requested. The bikes included with the villa were also a great touch; they were brand new and worked perfectly. Lasai Villas also arranged smooth and easy transportation from the harbor to the villa and back on the day of departure. There is absolutely nothing to complain about — every detail was carefully thought out. Thanks to the AMAZING staff, we had the dream stay we had hoped for, and we truly can’t wait to come back.

One of the best location on this island. The private swimming pool was the cherry on the cake. Location close to beach and city center but the faciliy is giving you free bikes. This was the best little get away we have had in our 10 years together, it was perfect! It was a beautiful romantic stay for us, something about the salt air, the sand between your toes and a glass of wine with your loved one as you look at to the ocean that is hard to put in to words. We will be recommending this amazing cottage to all our friends and we hope to return again in the next 12 months.

L’établissement Villa Cinta Family se situe à 400 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : North East Beach. Our stay in Villa Cinta was very comfortable & tranquil. Located within walking distance to the Main Street with all shops & restaurants available, its location is super quiet, private, yet convenient. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Suep, the villa keeper, with cold juice & some cookies. He was very kind, friendly & helpful; taking care of anything we needed including fixing the AC in one of the rooms promptly, & helping us arrange a snorkeling trip, bikes, & even a horse to help us get to the port for our departure boat. Thank you, Suep!

Anouk and Jasper are extremely nice and caring as well as their team members. They provided us with the best addresses for dinner and snorkeling. We had bikes available and masks to go sborkeling, maps .... The breakfast was also amazing. They organised the transfers. The villa is unique and special architecture, extremely well designed. We stayed at Villa Kayu on Gili Air for my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Gary, the owner, and Dian, the general manager. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The villa itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offering everything we could possibly need for a comfortable retreat. Dian went above and beyond to arrange a fantastic boat trip for my wife's birthday, allowing us to snorkel at several stunning spots where we encountered vibrant marine life, including plenty of fish and turtles. Upon returning to the villa, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture from the staff—a lovely handwritten note, delicious cookies, and a stunning birthday cake made entirely out of fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end the day! While the villa is not beachfront, it remains an excellent value for money given its quality and the exceptional service provided. We would rate the villa a solid 9, with the staff deserving an unwavering 10 for their warmth, attentiveness, and generosity. The hospitality of the Indonesian people has truly left us in awe, making this trip an experience we will cherish forever. If you're looking for a stay in Gili Air that combines comfort, thoughtfulness, and wonderful service, Villa Kayu is the place to stay. Highly recommended. John & Traci
