We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.

The property features mountain and garden views, and is 46 km from Casa Carbone. Featuring a private entrance, the holiday home allows guests to maintain their privacy. The view and the cleanliness, the location as it’s, Sarah is very helpful . Note: The property is far from everything, you have nothing to do without car, the parking is 100m from the property, but it was cool for us .

Very quit and peacefull location and good start point for visiting the area. Very friendly and helpfull owners, very good reception. Big, clean and well equipped house.

It has all of the amenities to take time away from the busyness of the main streets! You can spend an entire day enjoying the romance of the property! There were many beautiful flowers, ping pong and lounge chairs! At our time there, the plums were ripe and ready to pick and enjoy. Barbara met us at the train station and took us to the property when we arrived! We liked that there was a short cut with stairs and another way up with less stairs for the end of our day! The property is 5 star!

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. the view is insanely beautiful, the calm of the village is priceless, and there's a cosy atmosphere inside, the bed is very comfortable (just the pillows are not very good) we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen (with real stainless steel pots what a nice thing) the washing machine and the amazing outdoor area

We arrived by car and were welcomed by the host’s brother, who showed us the house and handed us the keys. The location is excellent in a cozy neighbourhood, just a 5-minute walk to a grocery store and a restaurant/bar. There were plenty of parking spaces available right outside which made things very convenient. The house has a cozy yard and a balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Inside, there’s loads of space, making it ideal for a longer stay. It’s also easy to reach whether you’re traveling by car or by train via Vezzano Ligure station. A huge bonus was the super fast Skylink WiFi. Overall, a great place and highly recommended!
