Actually it was not a villa, but an apartment. We were lucky, as everyone was very quiet around us, and we just had a great time there. I am sure it is always quiet, as the owner seems to take the guest’s comfort very seriously. The scenic view and the pool makes it a perfect place to stay. The surrounding is great too: not too many tourist, but many restaurants and pasticcerias helps you to enjoy your holiday at a very high level.

It was a villa with a poorly equipped kitchen, we also bought a coffee machine. The existing one was rusty and defective. We, as guests, prepared all the meals. Your question does not make sense in such locations

The location was stunning and the house was lovely and cool, which was especially nice given the high temperatures and the fact that we travelled with our dogs. They loved coming home from a morning of hiking and sleeping on the house's cool floors. Silvija was a welcoming host and left us with an abundant breakfast that lasted us beyond the three mornings we stayed at the house. We really loved the village - there were so many gorgeous lookouts, a nice bar for an aperitivo and two great restaurants that we ate at for dinner.

A spacious villa with plenty of space for the big family or group of friends. The place is very private, the hosts do not live close by and there are no close neighbours. The pool and pool area is very nice. Except for some minor issues we had a great stay!

Amazing huge space, beautiful decor like going back in time. Felt quite luxurious! Beautiful space to spend some time. Awesome big claw foot bath. Loved the outdoor seating area and views out.

This was a little gem set off the main stretch of beachfronts. Frankly, for us - a family of 5, it was perfect. The apartment was big and clean with an extremely well-furnished kitchen (important for those who need to cook for little ones). It was a few more minutes from Mt. Conero but for the comfort, it was worth it.

Breakfast was in a nearby pastry - excellent opportunity to observe the local villagers; breakfast was excellent. The house has everything you need; and just about in the ancient center of town. This is fine little house, with up to date facilities (felt like it had just been renovated). Free parking spaces for a rental car were 50-100 meters away.
