It took 20-30 min. to get to the old town on foot, but there was also a bus stop nearby. For breakfast there were juices, milk, yogurts, some bread and cakes. We could also drink coffee from the coffee machine (capsules were provided). We did our shopping at Coop, which was a 5 min. walk from our accommodation. The owner was in touch with us and helped us immediately when we had problems with the electricity during our stay. We are very grateful, Elio, for a wonderful holiday in Parma!

We didn’t have the time or weather to enjoy the pool, but will on our next visit.

If you look for a place hidden away from all the hectic and stress of the world this is it. The house is super spacious, starting with its big inviting marble floor entrance hall and continuing into all the four large double bedrooms. All of them have their own big bathrooms and balconies or terraces with spectacular views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The sunsets and sunrises are unbelievable. Every room is fitted with its own aircondition though i cannot say how well they work as when we were there we were more in need of heating and that worked really well throughout the house. The kitchen is fantastic and a real fun place to work in. Loads of marble tables where you can make your own pasta and a very good gas stove. The pans and pots are of a really good quality. The house breathes history and has lots of original features with the original marble floors, great french windows and even a pasta table with the original rolling pin. In case of questions or queries, the owner Nikola can always be contacted through WhatsApp and will answer pretty much immediately. We stayed at the house for 7 days and extended by 2 more nights because we liked it that much. Out of ten to me the place deserves 11 stars.

It's an apartment after renovation - contemporary style with new facilities and very good location - all historical places, all shops and many restorants were by hand that is hepled us to round all by the night. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and restrooms with all is needed. We saved a good emotions to stay there.
