We really enjoyed staying here. The cabin is comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished. A nice bonus is the pot belly stove fireplace and we used it every night.

Cet hébergement est installé à 30 km de : Stade Egao Kenkō.... We arrived in the evening, in the downpour and darkness, feeling lost in the middle of nowhere. A cozy cottage was waiting for us: with heating on, beautifully furnished to the smallest details, very clean, very well equipped, comfortable. Just perfect. Due to an accident with a broken car window, we had a pleasure to meet the host. He helped us complete the formalities, secured the car for the rest of our journey and made sure that the remnants of glass wouldn’t have hurt anyone or anything. It is difficult to express how grateful we are and we regret that we cannot give a higher rating

The location is incredible! You’re in a small village right by one of the most beautiful beaches in Japan, quiet, untouched by tourism, packed full of traditional houses with ornate roofs, vegetable plots and small shrines. Nearby is another fabulous beach for snorkeling (Myoken-ura) where we saw lots of colourful fish whilst black kites circled above. A truly beautiful area. Kaz’s place is great: huge tatami rooms, a rustic and cool feel to it, and not too modernised which we found fantastic-it felt like we living in an old temple…but warmer and with TV! (A tip for finding the place: it’s easiest to go to the road along the beach first and and go up from there and park nearby!)

It was pretty clean and well kept. It was very comfortable and cosy there and beautiful location in a forest. The manager is very helpful and nice and has some very cute dogs!
