The amenities were well thought out. Everything was labelled well. It felt like home. The beds were firm but comfortable. We all slept well. The host was very responsive and to top it all off he allowed baggage storage.

The villa has a homey and comfortable atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat, especially during the winter season. It was impeccably clean and warm, ensuring a cozy stay even in the coldest weather. The host was incredibly responsible and attentive, always ensuring our needs were met and providing excellent local tips. The villa's location is unbeatable, being very close to the Iwatake ski gondola—ideal for ski enthusiasts. The house is also well-equipped, with everything you might need for a relaxing and convenient stay, from kitchenware to heating systems, I highly recommend Villa Komakusa for anyone visiting Hakuba, whether for skiing or simply enjoying the Japan Alps views.

Dancru Netz hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo One Ski Resort and the Hakuba Saegusa Museum. Hakuba Station is 12 minutes away by car, and the Hakuba 47 Mountain Sports Park can be found less than a 30-minute drive away. The owners were extremely sweet. There was a language barrier but they were patient and very helpful. The ryokan was extremely clean and well-maintained. I loved the German theme throughout the entire place. I also loved how the shower room was a private room, even though it was technically shared. The rooms were spacious and it was convenient to have a sink inside the room.
