Without exageration, Mahesh is the best host we have ever met in our traveler life, he thinks about everything to make your stay perfect. The house is new and very comfortable, well located near all Sigiriya interest points and in a quiet area but not far from a city and local restaurants. But believe me, you won't need to go to a restaurant... We did one night and we immediately regreted it because the dishes prepared by Mahesh and his wife were way better! Also breakfasts were sooo generous that we didn't even need to have lunch after. We also shared some wonderful personal moments with all the family that we will never forget 🥰 My tips for your stay : - Ask Mahesh in advance if you need the swimming pool ready when you arrive - Have at least one diner there! You won't regret it 😉 - Ask his son Kevin to teach you how to play the local game Carrom, he is a very good player, good luck if you want to beat him! - Don't miss the local shower experience to the lake not far from the house.
