Sitting outside and listening to the nature sounds was so soothing! Ferran is a perfect host and puts a lot of work and dedication into this place, which you can tell! Loved the healthy breakfast yoghurt bowl! Kanferri Villa is a hidden gem! Absolutely recommend and would stay there again - but longer :) !

Unawatuna Beach is a 10-minute drive away while it takes 15 minutes by car to reach Galle Fort. Very elegant building. Large, elegant room with beautiful view on the garden. Excellent breakfast on a nice balcony. Beautiful pool among tropical trees. Super comfortable bed. And above all: very helpful and friendly staff. We were even brought by tuk-tuk to the train station upon departure.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. It is a three minute walk to the Unawatuna Beach and a 15 minute drive away from the historic 16th - 17th century Galle Fort. Absolutely beautiful Hotel. I would like this to be my home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in this area.
