Sanjeewa and his wife provided a warm welcome to Sri Lanka . I arranged a lift from the airport with them which is only 10 minutes away . Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning was lovely and always served with a smile . The room was clean ,cool and mosquito free . Sanjeewa was an excellent source of local information and helped me with my ongoing travel itinerary As a sole female traveller I felt safe here The overall experience was warm , friendly , clean , convenient and excellent value for money

They have a huge huge huge garden space and the owner and his staffs are so friendly! Its like a personal space where you can unwind and relax!!! Glad we had sometime in the morning, my son enjoyed playing around in the garden!!!! Definitely recommended!

The best meals we had in Sri Lanka was at Villa Shade. We came back and stayed an additional night, the place is excellent, everything is curated in details. Amazing host and great place.

Very peaceful location and super friendly owner. The house is large and has plenty of room, plus AC and a nice warm shower. Its located away from the road noise but still close enough to the supermarkets.

very conveniently located and only ten mins drive from the Airport. very welcoming hosts and provided a delicious Srilankan breakfast. its a upper floor apartment which has few steps to climb up with the heavy bags but host very kindly helped to carry them over. Very spacious apartment with a living room and good size Air conditioned bed room. bathroom is clean and has hot showers.

Great breakfast, lots of good choices and delicious food.Very friendly staff...We loved this villa, we traveled a lot in Sri Lanka and stayed in many places but this place is better.
