First of all, the spacious cottage we stayed in was kept in immaculate condition! Everything in the room felt clean and fresh. The bathroom and shower are super comfy too. This place has the best water pressure (including hot water) we've had in three weeks Sri Lanka! It's located in a beautiful garden where you can see all kinds of animals. Secondly, Sandhu was a great host. He's a very polite and professional young man who clearly understands what guests want. He took good care of everything and was always available but also gave us enough privacy. Absolutely recommended!

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, Udara Guest - Yala Safari is located in Yala, 1.5 km from Kirinda Beach. This villa provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The accommodation offers full-day security, room service and currency exchange for guests. I really enjoy this stay and especially the host. Udara was so helpful with everything. He arranged an incredible dinner for us (his mother cooked) and the breakfast was also awesome. He also played some UNO almost until midnight with us and we talked a lot about stuff in Sri Lanka and Yala especially. The vila is big and beautiful, the rooms are completely soundproof (the massive doors help a lot). Udara also hosts three snakes in a tree in the garden and they are so small and beautiful, and also harmless. He also went with us to a temple nearby and explained the history of it. Thank you for having us!

At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. I couldn’t fault this place! Everything about our stay was just amazing. The location, the atmosphere, the food and the facilities were just perfect. We had just made for us on arrival and the food was delicious. We did the dining under the stars experience for dinner and it was incredible with the best SriLanka food we had tasted during our whole trip. They organised a safari for us and gave us a tasty packed breakfast to bring too! I couldn’t recommend this place more!! The staff were incredible and went absolutely above and beyond to make our experience even better than we could have imagined.

For guests with children, the holiday home features an indoor play area and a baby safety gate. Guests can also warm themselves near outdoor fireplace after a day of walking tours. Nice room, very clean. Organised the best safari where we saw leopards and so much more! He made sure to not organise safari on bad weather days so we wouldn’t be wasting our money. Nicest guy ever who helped us in any way he could, even giving us a lift to a restaurant when it rained and helping us organise our transport to Ella. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Set within 2.2 km of Tissa Wewa and 27 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary in Tissamaharama, Amazon Cabanas provides accommodation with seating area. The property features river and garden views, and is 33 km from Situlpawwa. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Location for Yala safari. Owner made sure we had a breakfast packed for a very early departure (0430), and allowed us to quickly change and wash up before departing after our safari experience. Best deal I have ever had for a night’s stay. Very clean and roomy and comfortable!

We all regretted that we only booked for one night. Would have loved to spend more time at the house.

Absolutely gorgeous property, with a comfortable bed, lovely pool area and fabulous meals. The breakfast was sensational. The property is family run and grows much of its own produce. A delightful place to spend a couple of nights and good location to access Yala National Park.
