It's a beautiful place, the host is really lovely and caring. They even arrange pick up if needed. We got a welcome drink, drinking water was provided, and the host gave us many recommendations for where to get food and what to do in the area.

We had an ideal stay at Chapters Jaffna. Since we traveled in our own vehicle, it was very helpful that the manager took the time to guide us with our route plan and suggest the best times to visit key attractions such as Nagadeepa and other prime locations in Jaffna. The property has ample parking and a comfortable driver's quarters outside the house. The nearby Ammachchi Veg Restaurant was a great convenience, offering tasty meals at reasonable prices, perfect for quick and satisfying dining. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Chapters in Jaffna and truly appreciated the warm hospitality

It is an inviting, spacious, hospitable place to stay with excellent facilities - kitchen especially but in truth, all rooms. This is a beautiful home with a Moroccan feel. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms nice with great water pressure. VJ welcomed us with a drink and in the morning prepared a beautiful western breakfast. A first time experience and he did it very well.

Very warm well comming place I was feeling very safe, easy access to the town from there and, few minutes walk from Pointpidro road. Delicious food (coconut sampol and stringhoppers were the best one I ever had). Clean and comfort. 10 out of 10.
