It's a beautiful place, the host is really lovely and caring. They even arrange pick up if needed. We got a welcome drink, drinking water was provided, and the host gave us many recommendations for where to get food and what to do in the area.

We had an ideal stay at Chapters Jaffna. Since we traveled in our own vehicle, it was very helpful that the manager took the time to guide us with our route plan and suggest the best times to visit key attractions such as Nagadeepa and other prime locations in Jaffna. The property has ample parking and a comfortable driver's quarters outside the house. The nearby Ammachchi Veg Restaurant was a great convenience, offering tasty meals at reasonable prices, perfect for quick and satisfying dining. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Chapters in Jaffna and truly appreciated the warm hospitality

It is an inviting, spacious, hospitable place to stay with excellent facilities - kitchen especially but in truth, all rooms. Location - 15 mins taxi Palaly Int Airport; 5 mins drive Inuvil railway station; 10/15 mins drive Jaffna; 5 mins drive Chunnakam. The actual physical location is attractive in its serenity. Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.

Helpful property manager (Mathushan) who was always around and willing to assist. Fantastic Jaffna breakfast served when ordered the night before. Clean indoor swimming pool (though not very deep) to help relieve from the Jaffna sun. Great rooms and bathroom. Interesting local art/photos on the walls as well.

Beautiful big appartement with fridge. The balcony is so beautiful! Sitting there and see the real Srilankaan lifestyle ! Cows were picked up by the owners beautiful to see! It’s a 7 minute drive from the centre ( tuktuk 300lkr) but what made this place so special is the owners! The food is finger licking so delicious! We got a lot of information about things we could see in beautiful Jaffna! We definitely stayed again here!

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing. Amazing, generous, friendly family, who couldn't do enough for you. New Hugh clean house, with use of washing of machine and fridge freezer.. Lots of bedrooms, kitchen and loungue plus outdoor space. Nice quiet area, but only a short tuktuk ride to Point Pedro where you will find plenty eating establishments, shops, and ATMs. The family implied you can get takeaway delivered to the property. There is an inside and outside dining area. The house is situated in the family compound, so it felt very safe and safe parking. We will definitely stay again. Emma and Harry
