The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

Von der in Wadduwa gelegenen Unterkunft Kuma Beach side Villa aus erreichen Sie innerhalb von 100 m Strand Wadduwa Beach und innerhalb von 28 km Bahnhof Bambalapitiya. Kuma was very welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable from the first minute. He offered us a nice cup of tea after our long journey and his wife even made us traditional coconut biscuits for the Christmas breakfast :) Beautiful house and lovely people! We had a great first night in Sri Lanka and a perfect start for our holidays. Next time we'll make sure to stay at Kumas place for a longer time.

He give advices provide secure and support through whole staying .For all of us he is like a brother.So during my stay I meet a lot of a beautiful people that are incredible.I will always remember this until the end of time.If I can stay here for half of the year I will stay.Unfortunately I have to return back home.If you looking for place of freedom unlimitless potential tranquility .I have to definitely recommend Raj Mahal place.And by the way Raj massage is out of this world pure magic✨

It was the highlight of our trip around Sri Lanka. The villa is grand! Two large rooms on the upper level and one room on the ground floor offer room for up to eight people. The swimming pool and the direct access to the beach were marvelous, not just for the kids. In this spacious area everyone finds the right place to relax. Thanks to the attentive staff, we could wind down and just enjoy a few calm days.

The apartment is very modern furnished with cozy light installations and a well equipped kitchen! We really enjoyed the sri-lankan breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Its located in a calm area, so for us (3 persons) it was the perfect place to relax, go to the beach in the morning and continue our travels.
