This is such a beautiful and relaxing experience with an extremely kind and attentive host. It definitely has 'wow' factor! There are four chalets and a communal area (with a swing and hanging chairs!) accessed by wooden walkways. Your individual chalet has secluded decking with comfortable loungers from which you can watch the river flow by and let the sound mesmerise you into deep relaxation! It is what happened to us anyway! The sleeping area is on a mezzanine so you can lie in bed and watch the sun illuminate the trees in the morning from the giant triangular window overlooking the river. Breakfast is optional at 7€ and one of the best we had in Montenegro and definitely adds to the overall experience. The host also lets you leave a little later than most places. It was great not to rush out as it was our last day in the country.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, and luggage storage for guests. A beautiful house set in a quiet village with the sounds of nature all around. Sandra met us at the airport and showed us to the villa. The kids loved the large pool and gardens which were immaculately kept. The large lounge had a great tv with satellite channels, and there was TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Wifi was excellent. The villa has aircon which was very useful at night. There was clean bedding, bath towels and beach towels. A great base for exploring Montenegro and a wonderful place to relax. There is a small supermarket a couple of kilometres away and larger one about 5 km. There are good restaurants on Lake Shkodra, but a few nights we enjoyed using the barbeque and eating under the gazebo round the pool.

Martin went above and beyond to meet our needs. The house itself is much bigger inside than it looks like in the photos. It was clean and very well equipped. There is literally nothing I would add to this property. We enjoyed at every moment in these 3 days and the area is also very nice to explore with nice places to get some domestic food. I highly recommend it

The location is very remote so make sure to pick up any provisions before your arrival.

Everything exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect— a charming cottage nestled in untouched nature that truly feels like home. It’s incredibly peaceful, with no one around and only the sound of birds. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated both inside and out, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The wood-burning stove added a cozy and authentic touch to the whole experience. Our host, Bilja, was amazing—warm, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. She even baked us delicious sweet and savory muffins and treated us to her homemade raspberry jam, elderflower juice, and a selection of herbal teas she forages herself. Overall, it was a magical stay and we will definitely be coming back. Huge recommendation!
