Situated in Paihia in the Northland region, Paihia Place Cottage - central Paihia has a patio. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Te Ti Bay Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 11 km from Opua Forest. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk into town/seafront. The cottage is really well done with some lovely facilities and details inside. The beds were lovely and comfortable. Couldn't recommend more!

The kitchen had good counter space and the basic dishes and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and all the windows had shades so it was dark until the sun was well up. The bathroom is small but has shelves to hold toiletries. The view is beautiful!

The lodge is huge and totally private on top of a hill overlooking the valley and the waterfalls. The hosts Candy & Rawiri went out of their way to show us around the property, including a creek nearby where you can spot the glowworms at night. It’s a gravel road driving to property from Opononi but it’s well maintained and suitable for 2WD. Spend at least a couple of nights there, you won’t be disappointed!

Location was excellent, close to the beach and also a short drive to grocery store, restaurants, tourism attractions. Accomodation was well equiped for our needs, shower pressure was superb , beds and pillows were A+, extra blankets available and also plenty of towels. Highly recommend
