We arrived in the evening when it was already dark outside but Omran really did his best by contacting us on Whatsapp and helping us find the house. Very nice stay close to the mountains, so it's perfect for those who want to be close to the hiking spots. Its a big house so we didn't realize this when we were booking but its also perfect to book with friends or with family. Overall great stay and I recommend!

We had an incredible stay at the Sunset House in Jabal Shams. The host (Mr. Mousa) went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. When one of our cars broke down on the way, he personally came to pick us up and took us to the villa in his own car. After taking us to the villa located on top of the mountain, he went back, took the broken car to a mechanic, and had it fixed! Not only that, but he invited us for lunch twice and was constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay. His hospitality truly made our trip memorable. The villa itself was comfortable, well-equipped and super clean beds and rooms, and the stunning views of Jabal Shams added to the experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing property, very well furnished, sunrise view on one side and sunset view on the other side. The brothers Sultan and Hamid were very helpful. They helped us set up a barbecue at night and also took us on a Jebel Shams tour in the morning.

Wauw! What a amazing stay we had at this guesthouse. This accomodation has a perfect location (near the mountains and a village) is well designed and is very clean. The rooms are modern, totally new and the beds sleep very well. Our host Hommed was very kind and helpfull. He showed around the area and can take you for a hike in de beautiful mountains of Oman. I had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation during my trip to Oman. The sunset views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, making each evening unforgettable. The room was spacious, and the entire place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. What really made our stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the host. Not only was the host incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but they also went out of their way to return a personal item we had accidentally left behind—delivering it to us even though we were far away. This was my first time visiting Oman, and thanks to the host, I was able to see just how warm, kind, and generous Omani people can be. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
