I was really positively suprised of this Hotel. We only stayed one night before our flight, but would have stayed longer. The rooms are spacious well equiped and super clean. The bathroom is also huge. The location is near to one if the best beach (5min Tuktuk). I made a mistake and booked for the wrong month, the owner refunded 100% me and I was able to get a room for the actual date.

The room is roomie and cozy. I like waking up to the sound of chirping birds and enjoying the well kept garden while having a cup of Joe. Celine the caretaker is super sweet. We had our chats during my dips in the pool. She's very helpful and caring in many ways. The beach is only few steps away. One bonus thing about this place is, it provides unlimited drinking water.

I'm an Australian and I'm very particular when I choose my accomodation. Tricycle will cost you about 60 peso to SM Iloilo and a grab around 80 peso. Smallville is even closer. Coffee shop open till 11 pm and is 3 minutes walk.
