A beautiful, large, and very clean house, with wonderful breakfasts served in the restaurant. Everything you could possibly need is available. The staff were extremely friendly, always asking if we needed anything, and we always received exactly what we asked for. It is a peaceful and beautiful place. There is a cave and a beach nearby. We also rented a motorbike, which was like brand new. I also enjoyed a manicure and pedicure, which were done right on the terrace in front of the house. There was also a free laundry service available – our clothes were always returned clean, nicely folded, and smelling fresh. We will definitely come back one day and highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We already miss this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay. 💙

Opposite the beach and very close to all the main attractions you want to visit. The rooms were very modern and super spacious, the pool is very peaceful and a great place to relax. I would say pictures don’t do this place justice, even nicer in person!

The place looks newly renovated, and has plenty of space to hang out. The highlight is the outdoor area with BBQ and seats where everyone can chill. There's a big refrigerator to fit all your beer and food in. The beds are comfortable and rooms have everything you need in them. Highly recommend this place for your group!

L’hébergement Ging House Rental se trouve à Dauin, à respectivement 14 km, 15 km et 15 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Centre commercial Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Beffroi de Dumaguete et Cathédrale... We took a risk because it had so few reviews and boy are we glad we did! Absolutely amazing property! It has a full kitchen, comfortable bed, wifi, and the whole house to lay out in. We were diving in Dauin for a week and walked to Bongo Bongo (5 minutes?) and are glad for the peace and quiet. The host family are so kind and spent so much time making sure we were happy. Couldn't have been happier to stay and can't wait to stay here again the next time we're in Dauin. P.S. the host family lives 40 meters away, so it's incredibly easy to check in and out!

The space is simply amazing. Super clean and well prepared. They left us water, chocolates and even fresh fruit. The AC was strong and the beds super comfortable. Made out stay at the island the most memorable one!

I had a very pleasant stay. The villa is new, quiet, and offers great value. The two-bedroom unit was perfect, with strong AC in each room and comfortable beds. The biggest highlight was the staff, especially Miss Silest, She was incredibly kind and helpful with everything—from arranging breakfast and room requests to providing advice on local transport and car routes. She made my trip much easier. Truly enjoyed time here and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bohol.

Everything was perfect! The facilities are spacious – each couple or even a small family gets a separate room with a large and comfortable private bathroom. The shared area includes a fully equipped open kitchen and a pool. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the public beach and a 5-minute drive to Alona Beach. Nina at the reception, along with all the housekeepers – Hengel, Eric, and Ebay – were kind and supported all our needs. This is definitely a place worth coming back to!
