The cleaners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the area is close to most of the big attractions in Phuket, there are a few good restaurants and 7-Eleven nearby in walking distance. Overall, it was such a great experience at a good price, I would definitely consider coming here again! Highly recommended!

Big bedrooms, toilets/bathrooms everywhere. The housekeeping staff kept the place super clean. Communal pool, and our villa had a plunge pool on the roof. Brand new air-conditioners (5) kept the home comfortable in all conditions, quietly and efficiently. Our host Alex is a legend.. nothing he couldn't sort out for us. Location is perfect. Just back from the noisy main strip, walking distance to corner store and all ammenities. Spacious, undercover parking at our front door. Coffee shop next door if you can't be bothered cooking or walking for breakfast.

One of the best things is how responsive the staff is – cleaning is available on request and they arrive almost immediately. You can also ask for a grill to be brought over, which is perfect for enjoying a good steak by the pool. The manager is incredibly kind and helpful – she explains everything clearly when you check in and makes you feel completely at home. The security deposit is only 2000 THB, which is very reasonable. Highly recommend this place. It’s peaceful, well-maintained, and I keep coming back again and again.
