The house was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. It’s super close to both casinos and the beds and pillows are so much more comfortable than any hotel I’ve ever been to.

The host answered our questions promptly and sent us an exhaustive list of things to do. We loved our stay there!

Die Unterkunft Avery Townhome 3BR Historic Home Near Mystic Seaport hat einen Balkon und ist gelegen in Stonington, weniger als 900 m von Mystic Seaport und 700 m von Mystic Seaport Marine Museum... The Avery condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was comfy, had all the amenities (and more) that we needed, and it was decorated so beautifully! My daughter and I felt right at home from the minute we walked in. The rooms were awesome (my 11-year old loved the bunk bed room) and the beds themselves were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs, as well as a half bath downstairs. We had an issue with the heat the first morning we were there, and Gerard had his HVAC guy there within 30 minutes, and the issue was resolved immediately. The location was perfect for Mystic! We walked into town from the house to get breakfast one day and walked over the bridge for shopping and lunch the next day. Any time we stay in Mystic, we will be sure to book this home again! Mit einem Garten und Gartenblick, ist die Unterkunft 7 Mins drive to Yale, Large fenced yard gelegen in New Haven, 5,1 km von Rathaus und 5,2 km von Yale Universität entfernt. The house was super cozy and located ideally in New Haven. It had everything you’d need during a stay (we stayed for a week and the house felt like home). I honestly never had such a friendly and helpful contact and our family was kinda sad when we left.

The location right on the water was wonderful. Having access to kayaks, and gas/smoke grill was also very nice. The house is wonderfully laid out. The instruction book left for guests was very helpful and served as a great resource. Plenty of the basic supplies including dishes/silverware. The firepit on the beach will fully stocked wood supply was excellent.
