The gated property feels very safe, parking is easy, and the host is extremely accommodating. I definitely plan to return for a personal trip to explore Azusa. I never want to leave!

I extended more than once because the home was so comfortable and welcoming. The holiday decorations are beautiful, the space is spotless, and everything you might need is thoughtfully stocked. From snacks to essentials, nothing is overlooked. The gated area feels very secure, and the reserved parking makes everything easy. The host was extremely accommodating and kind throughout my stays. I can’t wait to return for a personal getaway.

Located in Glendora and only 27 km from California Institute of Technology, Glendora Pool Home Retreat provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The keys were in a locker box was very easy to enter the home. The place is very big with nice beds. the kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet en close to shops.

Above all, I could feel the host's thoughtful consideration. It was clean, and everything needed for the stay was prepared in advance. There was a backyard, and parking was convenient as well. Very close by (1-2 minutes by car), there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Handel's Ice Cream (highly recommended), Vroman's Bookstore, bakeries, and Habit Burger, Hook Burger, In-N-Out Burger (slightly farther than the other two), gas stations, and more.

The property has a beautiful garden and patio, excellent for reading, bird watchig and dolce far niente. We had our aunt with us (96 years old) who also loved the place. We enjoyed eating outside in the patio. A very well-stocked kitchen, we even made cookies... Shops, bakeries, restaurants are in walking distance. We highly recommend Vince's Market, 3250 Silver Lake Blvd, a small grocery store in the neighborhood, they also have good meat for tacos, for avocados ask at the store checkout.
