And everything is nearby lees than 1 km Grocery stores , restaurants, pharmacy etc. The villa itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor area were especially nice — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host Lana was clear and friendly. They provided all the necessary details beforehand, which made arrival easy. The only small downside was that some minor maintenance could be improved (for example, water pressure or Wi-Fi speed depending on the time of day), but nothing that affected the overall comfort. If you’re looking for a peaceful villa stay with great value in Phú Quốc, JM Villas Tropical Khem Beach is definitely worth it.
