It was in a perfect location near a coffee shop and a small grocery shop. Owners live on property, so anything you need, taken care of . Parking on property.

Friendly hostess, who lives in the same house, just above the big apartment, perfectly equipped with everything. Especially the kitchen, also with some basic ingredients, including two sorts of coffee machines with coffee and tea. Bottle of water and few sweets for welcome. Big rooms, very clean. It is situated in a half basement, but you don´t get that feeling, is very bright, with a lot of natural light, surrounded with green and flowers. Very quiet area. Free parking space just in front of apartment, but unfortunately on the street, just behind the bend, so we had a little bit strange feeling at the beginning. Nice, comfortable soft beds with windows protected with mosquito net. It was very cold at the time of our arrival in the beginning of May, so I asked the hostess in advance to put the heating on and she did, it was warm. Stayed 5 nights. WiFi connection excellent.

Newly renovated. Very comfortable. large and spacious. Nice supermarket across street. Very easy travel to Basel and more by bus or train. Train stop short 6 min walk. Bus stop 2 min walk. Everything is much cheaper in Germany than in Basil. Nice and quiet. Room is separated from main house and walls are very thick, making place very quiet. Place was super clean. Rooms have doors that are very soundproof. Shower accessible independently from each room. So one person can be up and eating and showering without disturbing other room.

The apartment had everything for a short visit to Basel, which can be reached by a 10 minute train ride to the central train station. The train stop is just 10 minute walking distance from the apartment.
