The hosts/owners are very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a historical building that is remodeled and has great beds, nice bathroom, super kitchen (which we didn't use to be honest because the restaurants easily within walking are great and there's a nice boulangerie about 100 yards down the street), comfy couch. Parking isn't right at the apartment, but it is close (I estimate about 300 yards) and pretty inexpensive. We loved our stay.

Direct in the town center. But very quiet as the house is behind the houses on the main road. Bicycles can be parked safe and dry. There is a small privat patio, nice in the summer. Everything is new in the apartment and you find also convenient equipment for washing a few clothes. Kitchen is ok for coocking though we did not.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The property has an outdoor dining area.

We had stayed at mostly bnbs using other services for our trip. Every complaint we had was already thought about and remedied by Hadrian, the owner. There was a lockbox at the entrance to the parking/courtyard. Though as soon as we were there, someone was there to greet us and open the door anyway. They're stocked with toilet paper, soap, beds, baby beds, they've got kids' toys and games, and so on. It's clear that every time a client has asked for something in the past, Hadrian as made sure to keep the solution in place for future guests. Hadrian's family, who lives downstairs, is all super friendly as well.

Everything. The owners were delightful. The apartment was perfect and has a lovely out side patio. We felt very honored that the owners allowed us to water the plants on this lovely patio. They don't know I have a black thumb. The good news all the plants survived us.

The apartment was wonderful. Right in the middle of the historic town of Auxerre but very quiet. Excellent, extremely clean facilities of a very high standard. An easy walk from the train station of about 20 minutes although also easy to get lost. Certainly one of the best Apts we have stayed in and highly recommended. Also having a detailed folder of info about Auxerre was most useful. The tourist information centre was nearby and also the Nonoprix supermarket. Thank-you.

First of all the owner Cedric was a delight, personable, polite and charming. His apartment is a gem, decorated beautifully with taste and style, comfortably appointed with a superbly equipped kitchen . . . the best coffee machine I've ever seen in a vacation home! The view of the waterfront from the primary bedroom and the salon is gorgeous. Parking is convenient, right outside the apartment for a small fee, or free across the river directly accessible by the walking bridge in 3 mins. We will return without a doubt!

    Very clean and all we needed for our night's stay. Located close to the town centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. It a huge apartment but quite adequate for us.

    A lovely old apartment, but really nicely done up. It is in a lovely area with lots and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Host Valerie was so helpful, coming and picking us from the train station when there was no taxis.

    Everything! Plus the very prompt and full replies to my many questions prior to going! You felt very welcome immediately (when I received the 1st reply) The apartment was very well thought out and was surprisingly very big! The shower was very welcome after a trip with hot temperature! Although there was no air conditioning as hoped, the fans helped (it was 30 degrees that night!) The 2 bottles of water in the fridge were most welcome! What a very kind thought! Thank you very much!
