What an amazing apartment. Spotlessly clean and we had a courtyard apartment so it was also very quiet. Great amenities - full kitchen, dishwasher, modern showers and washing machine. It's very close to metro stations, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes and bakeries and only 10 minutes walk (max) from the Seinne. We were able to walk easily to the Louvre museum. We arrived after reception had closed but found the online check-in process very simple. Would certainly come back.

The apartment was very quiet - despite being in the centre of Paris. We would definitely book this apartment again.

The View of the Eiffel Tower! Especially at night. The space was luxury, and quiet. All the amenities worked wonderfully. The finish work was beautiful. The balconies were a nice touch for air flow and the washer/dryer combo was a blessing. The location was close to everything and we could easily take transportation to all of our destinations.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. The facilities this apartment had was amazing. Dishwasher, clean shower and bed, fridge, hairdryer. You can also do your laundry and there is a gym. Abdel who works there is also amazing, very helpful and friendly, he helps with your luggage or if you have any questions. The street where finestate is located is also amazing. Everything in the neighbourhood, as the champs elysees is closeby, restaurants, supermarket! A M A Z I N G!

The deposit was communicated straight away and returned a few days after the check-out. I would return as it flat is located right next to my office.

The bathroom has two sinks which can be handy if you are sharing the flat with a few people. It's a typical Parisian apartment (in a good way).

Unfortunately the loft needed emergency maintenance during our first night and we were picked up and relocated by the letting agency Prestige Studio. The new apartment was incredible and the follow-up we received was perfect. We were traveling as a family and were immediately taken care of.
