Spacious and quiet flat ideally located, close to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores (Carrefour City, E. Leclerc) ; large shower cabin ; fast and steady internet ; the Ikea deco that reminded me of my Uni years ; straightforward and responsive communication with the Property Rental NM, the professional conciergerie in charge of this flat. Check-out at 10.45 a.m. instead of the initial "before 10.00 a.m."

Good size for a studio apartment with plenty of natural light and lots of work and storage space in the kitchen. Double glazing is very effective. Meet and greet host was very friendly.

A relatively spacious apartment with modern furnishings. Very well equipped for a short or longer-term rental. All appliances you may need are supplied, including washing machine! The apartment is on the second floor with only skylights for ventilation, so no outside views. Our booking process and check-in was very well done and communicated.

The location for walking in Perigueux and sightseeing is excellent. The apartment is small but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The host who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The private garage is a great bonus and by letting the air out of the rear tyres our Renault Trafic van just fitted in 😬. The bed was soooo comfortable and the area was quiet for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Gaining entry into the accm was simple and straightforward. Rooms were large, airy and clean. Double glazing windows were amazing given the location is in the centre of an entertainment area of town (couldn't hear much with them shut.) Thoroughly recommend these studios for a short stay in town.

A lovely, we’ll equipped studio flat right in the centre. The owners were really helpful, responsive and generous- offering their garage so we could store our bicycles safely overnight.

Very spacious apartment with a shared kitchen. We booked it for the separate beds, initially the hosts told us the second bedroom would be closed when booking for two people, but after asking they allowed us to stay there too. Decent location that is easily reachable by car (and has parking in front) but still only about fifteen minutes walk to the city center, mostly flat.
