People - our contact was Caterina, who was extremely helpful in any kind of request that we had. She helped us out in getting directions, getting as a taxi, information about what to eat nearby and how to go to the airport and how to use the local transport. This is an absolute recommendation for a great place in Florence.

One of the best flats i have ever stayed in . It combines simplicity and luxury at the same time. Spotlessly clean towels and bedding. Easy access to city centre and florence central station. Easy contacless check in and check out. Location is excellent. There are two cafes at the backside of the building . There is also a pharmacy when u cross the street. The rooms are spacious. Flat equipped with your needs. The pictures matches reality. There is laundry room in the basement. It exceeded my expectations . They have branches in many European cities

The entire apartment is newly renovated with a nice functional kitchen with dining area, lovely bathroom, washing machine if needed, and most importantly Air Conditioning !!! Two wall units, one in the living area and one upstairs in the bedroom loft.. this is a luxury in the summer! And the building even has an elevator, 5 stars!!! Thank you!RRebaYoung couple

The parking lot is a life saver for really good value for the money, I think it's the main benefit of this location on the outskirts of the ZTL, such a rare find!! The owners were very nice in letting us park the car throughout the next day, while we visited Florence. We had a big size studio apartment, right next to the parking lot.
