Great location! It was quiet but also near everything or access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants and shops in very easy walking distance as well as a charming plaza right out in front with gondolas passing by under the picturesque pedestrian bridge. The apartment had a nice clean bathroom, a good size comfortable bedroom with a separate living room that our friend slept in. The layout worked well maintaining privacy between the bedroom, bathroom and our friends “room” in the living room. The kitchen was a little sparse but very functional. We didn’t utilize it much and opted to take advantage of eating out at the many great, inexpensive restaurants and cafes. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby and go explore after checking out.

The place was amazing. A small garden at the entrance gave you the feeling of a cozy place. The stairs are large enough to carry the luggage. The apartment was huge and spotless. He had 2 bedrooms, each with its bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook breakfast; it had a nice view of the canal. Very warm and nicely decorated. Everything was functional and we felt very well inside. Sleeping was amazing with very comfy beds and pillows.

Lovely, cozy apartment. The place was quiet, clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, both central and away from the noise. The host was very friendly, responded very quickly to questions, and gave us helpful recommendations, one of the suggested restaurants was very pleasant. We would happily go back there, even for a longer stay.

We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

He gave us the lay of the land and tips on Venice. The place was very clean and the bed was super comfy! Beautiful little oasis amongst a bustling town.

Yes, there are multiple flights of stairs to get to the flat...but it was worth it. I heartily recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Venice. We stayed 4 nights and it was great.

    The apartment was very spacious and terraces are all around since this is a penthouse unit. The view of Sunset is beautiful. Facility wise, there’s kitchen, bathroom, shower room. Convenient for family stay. Location is very good, close to many restaurants, and walking distance to train station, attractions and meeting point for day trip.

    The apartment was well situated. The terrasse was a great plus; really nice to be able to eat out in a calm and green surrounding. The apartment was clean and spacious. I had my own bedroom and the kids slept on the loft. I had some issues when arriving to get in (door was blocking) but I quickly got help. The lady I was in contact with before and during the stay was very accessible, friendly and professional. All my requests and questions where quickly dealt with.

    The location was perfect for us as it was a 6 minute walk to the train station and there was a vaporetto stop nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet block of flats with a grocery store and several eateries nearby.

    Adriana was the perfect host. We booked last minute and she accomodated this perfectly. The apartment could not have been better positioned just off the Grand Canal. The entrance way is stunning and flat very comfortable. Adriana made the whole experience simple and easy and we loved our short stay in beautiful Venice! We will definitely try to get back in January next year.

    Perfect location in the heart of everything and right by the Ca D Oro boat stop. Access was easy and Carlos (owner) really helpful and communicative (through Whatsapp which was the app of choice for all our trip with hotels and car rental etc). Apartment really clean, great rooms and views. Nice well maintained kitchen for self catering. Couple of decent bars close by and a few restaurants.

    They gave us clear instructions of how to reach the loft and who we’ll meet us to show us the apartment. Very good communication and friendly host. The flat had everything and we didn’t have to purchase nothing.

    Fab apartment in a cosy loft space. The beams and the light helped to make the apartment really lovely place to stay. The kitchen was fab and there's even a sea view. We were met by the owner, who was really helpful. The flat was easy to get to from the station by boat. The area is quieter, but lots of lovely places to eat nearby.
