I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

Close proximity to metro and has many restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment was exactly like on the pictures, enough space, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host very friendly and helpful person. All details were send in advance and very detailed.

Apartment - Place Jourdan & EU institutions ligger i Etterbeek-kvarteret i Bruxelles, 1,1 km fra Berlaymont, 2,2 km fra Magritte Museum og 2,3 km fra Place Royale. The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Very lovely apartment, nice furniture, and with coffee machine. Good internet and helpful housekeeping. Location is good as well and has nearby public transportation, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants within walking distance. While on the main road, the windows are well insulated.

The apartment was big with everything you could need. Check in was easy. Close to metro. Area had some nice restaurants and shoot for food and other necessities near by.

This apartment practically right outside Brussels Noordstation is great for visiting Brussels as well as using for a base to visit neighbouring towns. Both the train and Flix bus station were only steps away. We didn't try the buses but found it easy to take the train for day trips to Leuven and Ghent, and then onwards to Brugge (Bruges). The apartment itself is clean and has all the amenities for your stay, but the biggest asset is the accommodating and caring host. The kitchen is small but has a couple of burners and a good sized microwave. To illustrate Karim's hospitality, he not only forewarned us of an impending strike that could affect public transport, but also took the time to check out and inform us of our options. This is despite the fact that we would have been out of his apartment already. Navigating a foreign country is not always easy, especially when things are going awry. Getting help under such circumstances is amazing. We wholeheartedly agree with the accolades that were in previous reviews.
